CNG Fuel Station Troubsku
HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o won the tender by E. ON Energie a.s for the construction of a new CNG filling station in the premises of the D-OIL gas station in Troubsko near Brno. The actual construction work took 2 months (July to August 2016) and the station was commissioned on October 13 2016.
With the capacity of 140 m3 per hour, the new station is equipped with a double sided filling stand for passenger cars, vans, and even buses.
The CNG station features several essential components
- High pressure DN 100 gas piping connection
- High pressure ReSo 400/1/1-440 including gas mixing on middle pressure side with rotary gas meter
- BAUER CFS23.10-38-ECO CNG container with 290 bar pressure outlet to the filling stands
- High pressure piping between the CNG station and filling stands 2x (3x10x1,2)
- Power supply 3x80A
- Electrical wiring between the CNG container and the filling stand
- Grounding for the CNG station
- Paved areas and road
